How do I get a Datarock account?
If you don’t have an account yet, contact us via the Contact Us form. A member of our team will guide you through a technical evaluation to introduce our product suite and explore how Datarock can support your operations.
What does a subscription cost?
Pricing is based on several factors, including the number of sites, the products selected, and total metres processed. Automating logging tasks with Datarock can significantly reduce logging costs. Please get in touch to discuss your needs and receive a tailored quote.
When will I be invoiced?
Subscriptions are invoiced upfront on an annual basis, alongside any onboarding fees. Full details of the billing schedule will be outlined in the Order Form, including due dates for payment.
What are the subscription terms?
The standard subscription term is 12 months. You may opt for longer terms if preferred. Invoicing will occur annually at the beginning of each subscription year. Prior to the end of your current term, a Datarock representative will contact you to review renewal options.
What happens if I choose not to renew?
If your subscription is not renewed by the expiry date, access to the Platform and associated Projects will automatically be disabled on the last day of your subscription. We recommend you download all data before this date.
Who do I contact regarding my subscription or invoice?
Please raise a ticket via the Datarock support portal. If you do not have access, you can email us directly at finance@datarock.com.au.
Managed Services
What do Managed Services cost, and how are they invoiced?
Managed Services are tailored to each client. Costs will be scoped based on your specific requirements and provided in a formal Quote and Statement of Work. Invoicing terms will be defined in that documentation.

Consulting Services
How is consulting work priced and invoiced?
Consulting engagements may be priced using daily rates or fixed-price structures, depending on the nature of the project. We'll work with you to determine the most suitable commercial approach, including invoicing schedules, during the initial scoping process.

What information should I provide to ensure correct invoicing?
To help us issue your invoice accurately and on time, please provide:
- Legal Entity Name
- Company Address
- Invoice recipient email address
- Purchase Order Number and documentation (if applicable)
- Details of any vendor registration or finance portals we must be onboarded to
What payment methods do you accept?
Datarock accepts payment via bank transfer / EFT only. We do not support credit card payments at this time.
